FARM VISIT POLICIES

We're so excited you're interested in visiting our flower farm! Before we confirm your visit, there are a few things you need to know:
Please take your time to read the entirety of the page below. If you would like to visit our farm you must agree to all of the following terms & conditions of visitation.
Please note that we reserve the right to revoke your visit at our discretion, at any time.
Before You Visit
You are purchasing an allotted time in our flower field or workshop. Please note that this is a real, working farm and certain areas are strictly off-limits, including our commercial fields, naturalized areas, and out buildings. Our gravel driveway and lawn could be uneven, rocky, muddy and/or wet. If you are late for your time slot you will not be given a time extension: We understand that life happens but we aren't able to accommodate late stays.
Typically a host will be waiting for you to check in as soon as your arrive. We appreciate that you think our farm is beautiful and may want to wander the property, but we ask that you remain in designated areas for your safety.
During Your Visit
If you are coming for a U-Pick experience, a jar and floral snips will be provided for you. The floral snips are very sharp, so caution is to be used at all times. Any equipment you have been provided must be returned at the end of your experience.
Please wear appropriate footwear and attire. The ground in the flower field and pathways may be uneven, rocky, muddy, and/or wet. Hats and sunscreen are highly recommended during the summer months because their is no shade in the flower field. Unless stated in your purchase, no food or drinks will be provided.
Rules of Visiting Our Farm
•Please respect any rules and signs displayed on the farm.
•Please be respectful of your hosts, their children, and the tenants on the property. We will not tolerate abusive or harmful language or behaviour.
•Pets are not permitted on the farm, however we are happy to welcome service animals.
•Please park your vehicle in such a way that it allows for the passage of other vehicles and tractors or large equipment.
•For your safety, please only visit designated areas.
•Do not enter the house, garage, or workshop without permission. There is no washroom facility available.
•Close all doors and gates behind you.
•Please make sure to take your garbage and recycling home with you and dispose of in the appropriate receptacles.
•Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while visiting the farm.
•There are naturalized areas on our farm that host a bevy of insects and wildlife including bees, wasps, snakes, turkeys, rabbits, foxes, and coyotes. Please do not touch any insects or animals while visiting the farm. If you are allergic to bees please bring your own EpiPen(s) as we do not have any onsite.
•If you have purchased a package that includes refreshments, it is your responsibility to communicate any known allergies or sensitivities before attending and/or consuming anything provided here at the farm. If allergies aren't disclosed to us, we cannot assume responsibility for the outcome.
•Please do not climb anything: trees, fences, gates, trellising, tractors, vehicles, etc.
•We may have an open fire going during your experience: please use extreme caution around our fire pit. We will never have our fire pit available during visits in which children are in attendance.
We welcome and encourage you to take pictures of our farm during your visit. We would be greatly appreciative if you would tag us on social media when you share: @coldspringsflowerfarm.
Any professional photography must be booked by the photographer. Photographers are held responsible for their client's behaviour and safety while at the farm.
If any damage or destruction occurs during the session, the liability of that expense will be placed on the photographer. We do not currently allow drones on our property without prior approval and permission. Please contact us: email@example.com for more information and to book.
Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel any events and experiences at our own discretion. If you've made a mistake when booking your tickets, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify.
We understand that life happens, but there is a lot of planning and purchasing that must happen in advance to host an event here at the farm and we aren't able to provide refunds.
If you're aren't able to attend an event you have booked, we will allow you to gift your tickets to someone else, provided that you contact us in advance to let us know the change in plans.
