To make everyone’s visit to the farm more enjoyable (and avoid being added to our blacklist), please adhere to the following policies regarding visits to our farm:

1 / The flower field’s condition and bloom status are subject to annual fluctuations dictated by Mother Nature. We can’t guarantee uniformity from year to year. 

2 / Given our farm’s natural setting, various creatures, including but not limited to turkeys, snakes, rabbits, gophers, raccoons, possums, foxes, bees and other stinging insects may be present. It is the responsibility of the visitor(s) to have an EpiPen on their person if they are allergic. 

3 / Prior consent is required for the introduction of large props or equipment to the flower field. Pillows and blankets, however, are fine.

4 / There are no washrooms or change facilities on site. Please don’t change clothes in the flower field or any of the outbuildings. Please don’t use our flower field as a public washroom.

5 / We welcome humans of all ages to our flower field! We allow registered service animals, however, we ask that you please keep all other furry friends at home. Do not bring animals to the farm and leave them in your car. If you would like to include your furry family member in your photo shoot, prior consent is required.

6 / Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the property.

7 / Exercise caution while in the flower field to ensure its condition for subsequent visitors. Be mindful of slippery, wet, muddy, uneven, and rocky terrain.

8 / Cutting, picking, pulling, or digging up any plants is strictly prohibited. Avoid touching flowers or plants, or altering the position of labels, containers, stakes, netting, or equipment.

10 / Private U-Pick visitors may bring pre-cooked food and drinks but must carry out all trash. Neglecting cleanup responsibilities may result in an invoice for clean-up fees.

11 / The use of barbecues, stoves, campfires and lighters is prohibited on our property. 

12 / Please enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Northumberland countryside - leave radios, music players, and musical instruments at home unless you have prior written consent.

13 / Access to surrounding fields, climbing fences, hedges, walls, compost piles, woodchip piles, rock piles, fuel tanks, or buildings is strictly prohibited. Keep closed doors, windows, and gates closed; and open doors, windows, and gates open.

14 / Vehicles are not allowed in the flower field under any circumstances. Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.

15 / Electrical hook-ups and power supplies are not available.

16 / Please refrain from entering any of the outbuildings on our property without prior consent. Photographs of the interior of any buildings on our property are strictly prohibited.

17 / Abusive language and behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion. We reserve the right to cancel bookings and/or entry to our property at our sole discretion to which we will not provide refunds.
